Mr. Kirk Poteet started SOUTHLAND  over two decades ago and still works in our office almost everyday.  His leadership and vision are responsible for keeping our company at the top in customer satisfaction and service. Mr. Chip Miller teamed with Southland to manage the coatings division sales, management and operations.  His over 30 years in the coatings business and relationship with manufacturers, installers and regulatory bodies, adds a level of experience to our team above most others in this industry.

 Our team of specifiers, managers and application technicians have a wide range of certifications and training representing over a century of combined experiance. We have multiple national accounts with the food and beverage industry and large commercial franchises. We have completed multiple projects all across the U.S and Canada.

 

We have several divisions in multiple states to serve you.  Our corporate office is in Phoenix AZ and we handle the western U.S out of that office.  The central states office is in Arkansas.  The east region is handled out of our North Carolina office.  The north central region is out of Lincoln Nebraska area. We have a team member ready to help you solve your coating needs.
